Water and heat metering units are designed to simplify and accelerate the installation of heating systems in new (under construction) houses with horizontal wiring. Metering units can be laid at the design stage of the heating and water supply system, implemented during the construction of a residential facility, as well as during the modernization of heating systems, heat and water metering in existing buildings.

Apartment heat consumption metering units with individual balancing UUTKB — designed for individual accounting of heat energy consumption in apartments and offices in accordance with Federal Law No. 261 of 11/23/2009 "On Energy Conservation and energy Efficiency improvement". Metering units can be laid at the design stage of the heating system and implemented during the construction of a residential facility, as well as during the modernization of heating systems and heat metering of existing buildings. UUTKB accounting units are delivered assembled. They can also be supplied in special metal collector cabinets, the supply and return lines in which are mounted on movable brackets.

Heat consumption metering units are storey with zonal balancing UUTEB — designed for individual apartment-by-apartment metering of heat consumption in apartment buildings in accordance with Federal Law No. 261 of 11/23/2009 "On Energy Conservation and energy Efficiency Improvement". Metering units can be laid at the design stage of the heating system and implemented during the construction of a residential facility, as well as during the modernization of heating systems and heat metering of existing buildings. Floor-level heat metering units are mounted on the pipeline of two-pipe heating systems on the floors of multi-apartment residential facilities. Installation can be carried out both in special niches of floor halls and in special collector metal cabinets. Metering devices for heat energy consumption, which are part of UUTEB, can be integrated into a general house dispatching system.
